Colocal’s immersive Chocolate Tasting Workshop gives you a taste of the magic of cacao and single-origin Indian chocolate every step of the way. Revealing the nuances of roasting, melanging, conching, tempering and moulding, the insightful workshop begins with a guided tour of the chocolate making process, followed by a dreamy sit-down experience where you put your tasting skills to test and discover the beauty of Indian cacao in its many forms. It ends with a fun DIY session, you get to make your own personalised chocolate bars and take them home. With a vision to put Indian cacao on the world map, Colocal’s co-founder Anshi Saxena leads the Chocolate Tasting Workshop along with her dedicated team.

Designed especially for kids and their love for chocolate, Colocal’s Chocolate Making Workshop is fun and educational at the same time. Get your kids to put their chef’s hat on and let them get their hands dirty while learning about the goodness of artisanal Indian origin chocolate, free of any preservatives or additives. It is the perfect way to fulfil their ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ fantasies, in the heart of Delhi.
